The Rolex GMT-Master II 16760 was the first reference of the GMT-Master II and also the first example with a Coke or black and red bezel. This watch was nicknamed the Fat Lady due to its thicker case and larger crown guards and is a great piece of Rolex history and an affordable price point, compared to other historic Rolex pieces.
This Fat Lady is in excellent condition, with a beautiful, clean dial, excellent fat case, and tight bracelet. The original bezel has faded very nicely. We do believe the hands on this watch are service hands, replaced by Rolex at service. This watch has a 9.42 million serial, dating it to 1986.
